Our Quality Management Policy
Elmbronze Ltd (Trading as Totally Herby of Scotland) has a policy of continual improvement, but in the early years we found that attempts
to improve the quality of our products was erratic. After a visit to a large pharmaceutical company who used their own Standard Way of Working policy
as well as the 6 sigma program, we realised this was our problem and moved to standardise operations, as well as look at continual improvements.
Quality doesn't just relate to the products we produce, it relates to the quality of our service and this has been a keystone of our approach.
This includes our websites being produced to W3C standards, validating them,
and enabling visitors to check that validity with a link at the bottom of each page.
We build this policy of a standard way of working into our every activity, from resourcing, manufacturing and compliance,
through to sales, distribution and supply.
This is a non-stop cycle, we consider all parts of our policies to be totally interdependent, and treat them that way.
