We supply you by 1st class post in a day or two when you order
by phone, email, website or post. Or we drive round at times with stock.
There isn't really any minimum order quantity, but for free post
(1st or 2nd class) or courier the minimum is £100 + VAT.
For orders under £100 we may charge postage at cost.
All our products are barcoded, conform to cosmetic regulations,
with batch numbers, ingredients (INCI), full Quality checking.
We manufacture our own product range in Scotland.

Our independent outlets round Scotland, the Lake District
and Wales include village stores, pharmacies, petrol stations,
caravan sites and leisure parks, castles and hotels, gardens and garden centres,
gift shops and visitor centres, marinas, hardware, outdoor, climbing, walking, fishing and hunting shops.
We have supplied many since 2002.
Sorry, we don't do sale or return, we sell you new stock not second-hand.
As well as manufacturing our own natural sprays and outdoor candles here in Scotland,
our extremely fine mesh midge head nets (3,000 holes per square inch) are made for us in Scotland with our own carefully selected materials
to our own innovative, comfortable and secure design and specification.
We also bottle essential oils which we buy in bulk.
We sell Midge and Tick Magic which are also made in Scotland.

and tell us in the message. If you become a trade customer
we'll be delighted to refund the difference in cost against your first order.
